2018 Banquet Saw a Packed House
We are less than two weeks out from the 5th Annual Lincoln Sportsmen’s Night! January 12, 2019 is the date and it will be held at the Pla Mor Ballroom. You can visit our website to purchase tickets. With a packed house last year, this venue offers more room and we look forward to seeing you all out there. This will be another great event!
With 2018 behind us and the Wagon Train SRA food plot project complete, we are already planning for multiple projects in 2019. Follow along on our Facebook page, as we’ll keep you up to date on the new projects as details come in. I was at Wagon Train before Thanksgiving to install our project sign and while there I walked back to the food plot. There was still a good amount of greenery and food sources in the plot and the best part was seeing someone had a treestand up in the area. I loved seeing that because that is a main reason for these projects. For your use! We hope the hunter of this stand found success!
We Are Growing And Looking For More Volunteers
The Lincoln Branch is growing and we have a great group of guys regularly attending our monthly socials. They are volunteering their time, ideas and love for the outdoors to the organization. There’s always room for more volunteers and we’d love to have some women band together with us. The bigger variety of people involved spurs bigger and better ideas to keep pushing forward and doing better projects and events. Join us at one of our monthly socials which are normally held the second Wednesday of each month.
We hope you had a fantastic 2018 hunting season and before you know it, spring turkey season will be upon us. As always, take a kid hunting.
Thanks Lincoln!
